SARAH SENECA Residential Services is an agency that supports individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities in residential settings.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the operations of a group home in Branford area for DDS individuals.

Job Duties include:

• Supervise, support, and mentor all residential staff
• Being an effective advocate for staff and individuals served
• Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with staff, guardians, funding sources, etc.
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication
• Complete and maintain the staff schedule.
• Participate in rotating "on-call" responsibilities
• Oversee staff in all required documentation
• Oversee finances for individuals and group home.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Ensuring group home is ready for licensing and QSR audits
• Ensure individuals receive medical care and behavioral oversite
• Coach and train staff in all areas of group home, individuals, etc.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required to have High school diploma and drivers license. Must have DDS Medication certification and experience with caregiving/ personal care.
